Treatments and Pricing – Naprapathy, Massage & Rehabilitation Services

This clinic offers a comprehensive range of physical treatments, including naprapathy, therapeutic massage, pregnancy massage, and targeted rehabilitation training.

🧠 Naprapathic Treatment – 750 SEK

(30–45 minutes)
A naprapathic session typically begins with an assessment of symptoms and medical history, followed by neurological and orthopedic testing. Based on the evaluation, treatment may include soft tissue therapy (massage, stretching, pressure), joint mobilization or manipulation, rehabilitation exercises, and guidance for daily activities.
Physical Activity on Prescription (FAR) can be issued for use at most fitness centers.
Note: Naprapathic treatments are classified as medical care and not eligible for wellness allowances.

💆 Massage Treatments

• 30 min – 550 SEK

• 45 min – 680 SEK

• 60 min – 900 SEK

Massage services use a combination of gentle techniques to relieve muscle tension and promote overall well-being. These sessions are suitable for those using workplace wellness benefits.

🤰 Pregnancy Massage – 550 SEK (30 min)

Massage adapted for pregnant clients. The treatment is performed on a custom-designed table to ensure comfort when lying on the stomach. Ideal for relaxation during pregnancy.

👶 “Mamma Mage” Postpartum Training – 750 SEK

(45–60 minutes)
Conducted by a certified trainer, this session evaluates core muscle engagement and any remaining abdominal separation (diastasis recti) after pregnancy. Personalized exercises are provided to strengthen deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, aiming to reduce back pain and support postpartum recovery.

💬 Naprapath Consultation – 15 minutes

A short session without treatment, useful for initial assessment or if the practitioner determines that referral to another healthcare provider is necessary.

💥 Shockwave Therapy – Follow-Up: 15 min

Used for chronic conditions like plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, jumper’s knee, and tennis/golfer’s elbow. Initial visit must be booked as a 45-minute naprapathic session to determine if shockwave treatment is suitable. Follow-up sessions last 15 minutes and must be scheduled on-site or by phone. This treatment can also be combined with other therapy methods.
